Example: Airport Meet and Greet
This service provides your company with its’ own “on-site” Airport travel manager on an as needed basis. The travel manager meets the arriving international client just after clearing customs, and/or the domestic client at baggage claim. Upon baggage retrieval and attending to any immediate needs your clients might have, they are directed to the awaiting ground transportation.
Available to all your clients, but advised for parties of 8 and more, the travel manager will escort the guests to their Triangle area hotel and facilitate a stress free check-in.
To ensure a smooth and seamless transition from arrival to hotel check-in, the travel manager will verify the in-bound flight time, confirm baggage handling and ground transportation arrangements, as well as calling ahead to the driver and hotel giving them a heads- up as to the guests’ anticipated arrival time and to re-confirm any special requests such as in-room welcome baskets.
